HEALTHFIRST, C-19, LLC (HF) is a newly formed operating division of WORLDWIDE HEALTH & SAFETY, LLC, (WW) whose principal shareholder and founder is Steve Martin. WW is a high complexity laboratory with clients throughout the tri-county area. Moreover WW has received its full certification and approval from the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC). WW has also received status as a DBE.
HF was formed to take advantage of the opportunities inherent in the health care space and specifically the battle with Covid-19. HF is lead by Joseph Cobb, with more than 25 years of senior management experience. Cobb’s background coupled with Martin’s healthcare background spanning more than 25 years make for a formidable duo, determined to provide quality products (Covid-19) and services.
HF has been vigorously pursuing alliances with several manufacturers of Covid-19 products and has reached selling/distribution rights for the products that are FDA approved. Key to the alliances that HF has cemented is the fact that HF insisted not only on the efficacy of these same products, but, competitive advantage as well. This same aforementioned competitive advantage translates into both cost savings for clients/partners and product superior characteristics that are the envy of our competitors.

Meet Our Principals
JOSEPH COBB leads the Company and was elected CEO by the members of the LLC. Cobb has extensive experience in dealing with OEM and Heavy-Duty manufacturers. Cobb was formerly a vice president at the WALT DISNEY Co. and in this capacity managed a sales staff, admin staff, editorial staff and was responsible for real estate leases and financial budgeting. Cobb held the vice president’s job for more than 14 years. Most recently Cobb was the president and COO for, The Facility Group, a 400 plus employee business services company with a multi-million contract with Detroit Public Schools. Prior to, The Facility Group’s position, Cobb was the Chief Marketing Officer, CMO for New Image Building Services. In this capacity Cobb was responsible for managing five discrete SBU’s offering services that included, business/personal security, home maintenance, custodial, restaurant maintenance and specialty services. Cobb has earned a BA degree in Business Administration and diplomas in advertising, journalism and entrepreneurship.
STEVE MARTIN started his career working to launch the Center for Literacy and Creativity charter school and guided its operations for 11 years. In the capacity of Administrative Director, he was responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, accreditation adherence, hiring of new teachers and the implementation of curriculums. Afterwards, he became Marketing Director for multiple laboratory testing firms which led him to start one of the few black owned testing labs in Michigan, World Wide Health and Safety Testing (WWHST). WWHST became the on-site testing firm for a major Warner Brothers film taking place in Michigan, done in partnership with the Wayne State Physician Group in Detroit, MI. Now, as CMO, he provides consulting and testing services to hospitals, doctors and heath health practitioners located in Detroit, Atlanta and Chicago. WWHST is also a federally certified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) and DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise). Martin likes to give a lot of credit to both his mother and his alma mater, Morehouse College, that helped put him on the path to success and service.
VAUGHN MASROPIAN was elected CFO by the members of the LLC. Masropian previously was an independent business consultant for medical practices. Masropian’s role involved ensuring that all doctors and their medical practices were in compliance with all state and federal guidelines. Masropian then founded his own medical practices company American Health Care Network, which focused on pain management, behavioral health and visiting physician services. Masropian as a service to his Armenian heritage and community, has served for over 18 years as the On-Air Host and Director of the Armenian Radio Program. The weekly program has served the Armenian community for more than 60 years.
